Refund Policy
Last updated: March 30, 2026
1. Overview
Tapt is offered by ANNON IT. For paid subscriptions, add-ons, and other purchases completed through our checkout, Paddle.com acts as the merchant of record and reseller. How you cancel subscriptions, whether any refund applies, statutory withdrawal rights where available, and how disputes are handled are set out in Paddle's Refund Policy and buyer terms—not in a separate policy from us.
Please read Paddle's policy in full here: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. If local consumer protection laws give you rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply as described there.
2. Refunds are not available from Tapt / ANNON IT
We do not issue refunds. ANNON IT does not grant refunds, partial refunds, or account credits for fees paid through our Paddle checkout, and we cannot process or approve a refund on your behalf. Do not email us expecting a cash refund for a completed payment—we will direct you to Paddle for anything payment-related.
Non-refundable except as Paddle or the law allows. Under Paddle's Refund Policy, unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may still issue a refund where the law requires it, where you have a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right, or in limited discretionary cases described in their policy—only Paddle makes that decision, not us.
3. Cancelling a subscription (Paddle)
For an active subscription, the action you take through Paddle is normally cancellation of renewal, not a "subscription refund" in the ordinary sense. Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, the billing or subscription options in your receipt or Paddle account, or Paddle's buyer support site: https://paddle.net/. That is how you stop future charges when Paddle processes your plan.
Subscription fees and refunds. Recurring subscription payments cover access for each billing period. You should not assume that Paddle will refund subscription fees for a period that has already been charged or that is already underway. In practice, Paddle's Refund Policy is built around cancellation so you are not billed again, while the current paid period runs to its end. Any refund of subscription money—including statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights in some regions, or other narrow cases—is defined only in Paddle's policy and applicable law; it is not a general "money back" option on each renewal. Read Paddle's Refund Policy for your situation.
One-time purchases and other charges. If your order is not a recurring subscription (for example a one-time add-on), withdrawal or refund rules may differ. Again, only Paddle's Refund Policy and the law determine what is possible—contact Paddle through the channels above.
Your current billing period after you cancel. While a subscription is active, you may cancel recurring billing at any time. Cancelling turns off automatic renewal: no further charges will be taken after the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your subscription remains fully active until that period ends—you keep the same paid access and features through the close of the current cycle. After that date, the subscription does not renew unless you subscribe again.
4. Managing your plan in Tapt
You can open Billing in your account to manage or cancel your subscription where we provide that option. Cancelling stops future renewal charges only; paid access continues through the end of the billing period already invoiced, as described in section 3. For subscriptions, assume fees already paid for the current period are not refunded unless Paddle or the law says otherwise.
5. Product and account support
For questions about using Tapt, your account, or technical issues with the product, you can contact us at the email below. For payment, receipt, and refund questions for Paddle-processed orders, contact Paddle as described in section 3 and in their Refund Policy.
6. Chargebacks
Paddle encourages buyers to contact Paddle before initiating a chargeback or bank dispute. See Paddle's Refund Policy for how chargebacks may affect access to the product.
7. Changes to this page
We may update this page to reflect how checkout is provided or to point to the current Paddle policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. The version of Paddle's Refund Policy that applies to your purchase is the one in effect for your transaction, as stated in their policy.
